Any entrepreneur can tell you the best way to learn the business is from copying success. Find an entrepreneur who has made it and do what they did. Below is a list of 4 things we could all learn from Adam Milstein about being successful:
1.)Make Your Own Way
When he was finishing up his MBA in entrepreneurship recruiters came to USC.
He applied for positions but they didn’t appreciate his knowledge or his life experience. They were offering him less pay than undergrad students get. It was this moment that he decided to start his own business. He started by becoming a Real Estate Commercial Broker. After 3 years as a broker he became an investor in real estate.
Adam says you don’t always need a list of specific goals. Focus more on working as hard as you can, and don’t listen to all of the criticism.
3.)You Cannot Get Insanely Rich Quick
This just isn’t realistic. You cannot have big success overnight. The right way to succeed is the long way.
4.)Family is Important
Adam Milstein said the best $100 he spent recently was dinner with his family.Family is often the reason we want success. You can’t forget them when you start making more money.
Adam is definitely a good person to study more. There is a reason why he is so special in the Jewish community. He never lost sight of his values. So remember these 4 things but also remember to never lose sight of who you are. If you apply these steps in your life I have no doubt you will find success.
